We started this consultancy because, despite our different backgrounds, we both had the same experience. We dedicated ourselves to furthering renewable energy (Tegan) or food access (blaze) and felt our efforts were never enough. Despite working long hours and lots of effort we didn’t feel like we were moving the needle while our fire and willpower were draining from us. We constantly lived on the edge of burnout, trying to have the greatest effect we could on these causes we feel deserved our life and careers.

We thought that there had to be another way for intelligent, dedicated, passionate people to work on the causes they care about.

And we found a way!

Through Ecopsychology, Life Coaching, and Mindfulness studies and practices we have developed a program that works well for all types of passionate, climate-conscious people to thrive with their own wellness while creating change in their professional lives and communities.
